Integrated Data Management

*

GEMS creates, distributes, and follows-up data requests to your supply chain.

A typical GEMS implementation will include at least one of the following:

  • External Data Inputs via Supply Chain Connect
  • Internal Systems integration including spread sheets, sales and/or MRP/ERP/PLM data from multiple systems such as SAP, PTC, Oracle, etc…
  • Supply Chain Data collection using the Supplier Portal, your own forms or industry standard forms
  • Facility Management Data collection using your own forms and internal data entry portals or interfaces

GEMS interfaces and integrates with all major ERP/MRP/PLM and product specification systems

Internal Systems

GEMS interfaces to all major ERP/MRP/PLM and product specification systems including SAP, Oracle, JBA, Agile, eMatrix, JD Edwards, and PTC . GEMS can interface to multiple systems, including established ‘legacy’ systems to ensure that GEMS is synchronised with your established back-office systems. The GEMS interfaces may also be bi-directional returning cost and analysis data, as required.

GEMS manages the data needed to meet the reporting requirements including Bill of Materials data, supply chain contact details, and sales and purchase information. GEMS may also send summary, compliance or cost data back to other systems.

Supply Chain Data

GEMS will fully automate the creation, distribution and follow-up data requests to your supply chain. GEMS can distribute a range of different forms, including all versions of IPC 1752 forms, REACH Questionnaires or your own forms.
